To help spread the health and wellness benefits of yoga, Center of Motion, a Non-Profit Health Center and Yoga Master, Guru Ren Rasa Yogamaya, E-RYT 500 are hosting an Open House, free, by donation all day Yoga classes as part of Yoga Day USA, the national celebration of Yoga. Hundreds of Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) and schools (RYS) throughout the United States will host free or low-cost workshops on Yoga Day USA designed to meet the unique needs of their local communities and change lives - all through yoga. Thousands of Americans across the country from the young and old, flexible and not-so-flexible, to athletes and couch potatoes, and those of every heritage will be able to find a Yoga workshop or class perfect for them. Proclamation by the City of Palm Desert, California to be presented by Mayor, Cindy Finerty between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM at the Center of Motion.

This workshop is for people who are ready to learn how and why the ancient art of Tantric Love Philosophy may be essential to coupling sessions. You will learn how it applies to your daily/weekly/monthly routine. The workshop will include: The Spring Equinox, The Art of Breath Awareness, The Art of Sensory Awareness and more. For everyone: Increase your vitality, sexual energy, improve your desire for healthier eating habits, obtain stronger breath, better sleep, expand your sexual awareness and spiritual powers, the return of feelings of joy, bliss and overall well-being.
Please Note: Eat a light lunch. As a part of the workshop, a small sampling of food and beverage will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing so that you may move or stretch your body. (Minimal, easy postures)
With respects to Tantra Yoga, Ren is a 3rd generation teacher from the lineage of OSHO, Bagwan Shree Rajneesh. This lineage began with Swami Anand Tathagat who was OSHO’s right hand and student. Swami "T", John was Ren’s Tantric teacher and partner.
